Technology wise, graphic design has grown over the years and its now highly technically used, from hand-drawing to computer generating, it can be seen as it has become a highly considered professional field of work.
What is Graphic Designer?
Everything has got their own creator, even humans. So, why not for graphic design? The creator of graphic designs are called graphic designers. The role of a designer is not only just design but also the middleman or spokesperson between the client and also the consumer. As a designer and to achieve the expectation and requirements of the client, the designer must first of all do a research on the concept and also the theme required by the client and then combine both the concept and theme into a design that will satisfy both the client and the consumer.
The method for it would be after researching on the theme and concept given by the clients, makes lots of sketching of ideas with different combinations and show it to the client explaining why and how is it that the design is in such way for them to understand clearly of the design. After discussing and selecting the wanted design, the sketch is then added with typographic design to help improve and to add the effect of the design. Also, after all the designing is done its time to bring the sketch design into the real design itself. The designer is required to re-sketch another sketch of the design but this time in a more detailed version. One mistake and the design will be a failure, and so the designer must be in full concentration for this design to be a complete and perfect final product.
Not to forget, messages behind the design is equally important to the design because no matter how great or beautiful the design is, if it failed to bring out the message behind it is going to be a total mass failure. The designer must make sure that the message is sent to the consumer in a not boring and dull way, as it is used to prevent a long and boring face to face talk session when promoting the product. Designers talk using designs not long boring words coming out from the mouth. Lastly, whether the product is a good or bad product it is determined by examining using the deconstruction method where they discussed on how, why and what the design is made in such way.
