How Animation impact our world today?

Animation is a graphic representation of images or drawings to show movement, spirit and life within. It is created by linking a series of the images together and by slightly changing between the individual frames, and when it is played back it will appears as movements. There are two ways to create an animation and is called the traditional animation and stop motion animation. Examples of animation are flipbook, and also motion picture film. Thus, animation to me is a very interesting and fun field where we can explore and create characters based on our imaginations and giving life to it, introduce it to our world and makes people happy.

Animation today had been contributing a lot in our world such as in the entertainment and technology field. Animation had always been a very interesting field as the jobs or tasks given are always very challenging and full of creativity. In additional, animation can be interesting it is because of in animation, the creator of the certain character can explore different types of expression, movement and also giving personality that no one on this world would have in other words, the creators can make the characters do what normal human beings can’t. Animations are used in many other industries such as gaming, advertisements and also movie. In the movie industries, recently popular animation cartoons such as Car’s, Wreck-it- Ralph and Despicable Me are created using animation because if it were created using real life actors and actresses, it may not come out as expected as I had mentioned above that animations can do what normal human beings can’t. Also, by having these animation movies, families can enjoy watching together as there are no limits in age when it comes to animation cartoons and I’m sure they will love watching it together as a family.

Ever wondered why gamers around the world are so attracted to their games? It is because, that the games are created using animation with the combination of CGI ( Computer Generated Images ) which makes them more attractive and also more lively. In the game industry, animation are used mostly in storytelling of  how the game starts and progress and also the movements and expressions of the character in the game. Great characters leaves great impressions to the gamers. The more lively and more realistic the character is, the percentages of the gamers to believe that the game they are playing are more realistic would be higher and then, later on they would make them as their superhero or idol in their lives. Same as the gaming and also movie industries, animation helps in advertising areas too, the more attractive the animation is, the more attracted users or people are to the advertisement and the message that were supposed to be sent are accepted clear and understandable. The animation in advertising are not some easy job like what other people sees from the outside as it requires lots of great ideas from animators to think of how to relate the animation with the product or selling items with the message that the clients want to send out to the users.

In conjunction with entertainment, animation has also great impact in the technology industry as nowadays, technology grows fast and it won’t stop for anyone. Every year new animations are created and the method or tools that they use are getting more and more advanced. For example, animation in the early days are created using just papers and pens or pencils and now, by using computer a simple yet smooth animation character or clip can be created. This shows how technology had moved on and by moving on, it means that animators today are still moving along with technology to bring out more lively, realistic and also the greatest achievement whom every animators dreamed that is creating an animation that is similar or close to real life acting.

Conclusion, animation plays great role in our world these days as they are important in bringing entertainment and also technology develops through them. Peoples from the animation fields are continuingly advancing to make better and greater animations which requires lots of research and developments and trials and errors which shows that animation can also be one of the mediums of idea development.
